Walking Your Dog Locally
Dunsdon Farm & Dunsdon National Nature Reserve
As a guest at Dunsdon Farm, you have access to our 23 acre woodland plantation; this is accessed via gates just 200 yards from the property. Our woodland plantation is a haven for wildlife where you will be able to spot some of the rare birds and butterflies that we are lucky enough to enjoy the company of. In addition Dunsdon Farm adjoins the Dunsdon National Nature Reserve (which welcomes dogs on leads)
Also ½ mile both ways from the farm you can walk the Bude Canal, this is now a network of footpaths running from the coast at Bude, and inland around the Holsworthy area, with access to Tamar Lakes.
The Bude canal offers peaceful dog walking in beautiful countryside with walks along stretches that touch the coast, but also reach inland to the hidden gems of Devon and Cornwall.

Dog Friendly Beaches
Bude and North Cornwall are wonderful places to visit with your dog. Most beaches allow dogs all year, with many accepting dogs off lead. In addition to the beaches there is also the many miles of coastal path walks, around both Devon and Cornwall.
