Dunsdon Guided Farm Walk
Farm Walks
We hold a farm walk on Tuesday’s, and meet on the main yard at 4.45pm. We suggest you wear wellies as even in the drier weather the gate entrances can get quite boggy.
As part of the walk/visit you have the opportunity to visit our young native woodland plantation, and wildlife pond, along with our Culm grass meadow restoration and “Special Project” hub.
Meet the Animals
You will also have chance to meet some of the animals, including our fold of pedigree Highland cows and the farms donkeys, and look at the work the animals do in maintaining these special farm areas.

Educational Access
Your chance to have a look at the farm and find out what we do here, discuss aspects of the conservation work and habitat restoration we have undertaken for The Working Wetlands Project.
We carry out farm visits for groups, schools and individuals including scientific survey visits. We are accredited under the Access to Farms and hold a CEVAS (Countryside Educational Visits Accreditation Scheme).
We have just returned from the most amazing weekend at Dunsdon farm! being November it was freezing outside but the pod was warm and cosy with a heater set up for us. The bathroom facilities are a really high standard and it is such a luxury to have a private bathroom! We didn’t see a soul for the whole 3 days and it was such a peaceful setting!! Would definitely return! would be a great place to go in a big group! The 2 berth pod was plenty big enough for the 2 of us and all our bags!
